These are the terms for the Worldseen website and for the Worldseen app. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to them.

Worldseen is operated by Jipikaje OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. You can reach us at hello@worldseen.app.
About these terms

- The Worldseen app — Using the app at the end of this page.
What joining does — and doesn't do
- Joining lets us email you, once, when Worldseen launches. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Joining does not give you access to the app, and doesn't guarantee access, launch timing, pricing, or availability in your country.
- We may change, delay, or discontinue the waitlist or the project at any time.
What Worldseen is
A private, personal map of the countries you've been to — closer to a journal than a game. It is not a social network, a travel-booking or deals service, and it carries no advertising.
Using the form fairly
Please submit only your own email address, or one you're authorised to use. Don't use the form to submit other people's information without permission, or to send automated, abusive, or unlawful submissions.
Our content
The name, wordmark, text, globe, and design of this site belong to Jipikaje OÜ. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Using the app
Worldseen is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it on the devices your app-store account allows, for your own personal use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
Your record is yours. Everything you mark is stored on your own device. We have no copy and no way to recover it. Keeping a backup — the export in the app, or the optional Google Drive backup — is up to you, and we are not responsible for data lost to a lost, broken, reset or wiped phone.
Worldseen Pro. A single one-time purchase, made through Apple or Google, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. It unlocks the paid features listed in the app at the time you buy. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by the store you bought it from, under that store's policy — we cannot process a refund ourselves. A purchase is tied to that store account, so restoring it on a new phone means signing in with the same account.
Features change. We add, alter and occasionally remove things. Features marked as coming are intentions, not promises, and nothing on the website or in the store is a commitment to a date. We will not take away a paid feature and ask you to pay again for it.
Cloud sync, hosted photos and printed items are separate services, priced separately, and are not included in the one-time purchase. If you subscribe to one, its own terms will apply.
The landmark dive streams imagery from a third party while you use it, which needs a connection and may be unavailable or change. See the privacy policy for what is sent.
What Worldseen is not. It is a personal record, not a navigation tool, not a live location tracker, and not a source of official geographic, political or border information. Country lists and boundaries are simplified for a calm, readable globe and are not a statement of any political position. Don't rely on it for travel, legal or official purposes.
If you break these terms we may stop providing the app to you. That does not affect the record already on your device, which remains yours to export.
No warranty
The website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jipikaje OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the website, the waitlist or the app — including any loss of the record held on your own device. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights that can't be excluded where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms as Worldseen changes; we'll update the date above when we do. Continuing to use the website or the app after a change means you accept it.
